Cancellation Policy – You will be charged the full service rate for any visits cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled dog walk or pet sitting visit or within 7 days of any scheduled holiday visit.
Late Booking Fee – $8/visit (For visits booked with less than 24 hours notice or with less than 7 days notice for visits on holidays.)
Holiday Fees – A 35% additional fee will be applied for each service provided on holidays. (* Holidays include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
Late Registration Fee – There is a $35 late registration fee for new clients that need services within 7 days of contacting Sit Stay Play. After becoming a client, standard late booking fees apply.
Payment must be made prior to vacation care pet sitting visits. Regular dog walking visits will be invoiced monthly.
